We are working with a pioneering, multi-club organisation in women’s football. It combines a high-performance, team-first culture with an ambition to stay at the forefront of modern sports innovation, on and off the pitch. This role leads the group-wide vision and delivery of a unified data, technology, and innovation ecosystem, setting standards, platforms, and ways of working that enable consistent, evidence-based decisions across recruitment, performance, coaching, sports science, medical, commercial, fan engagement, and operations.
The opportunity is to build and evolve the modern infrastructure that connects every club: a unified performance and recruitment platform, a central data warehouse spanning sporting and business domains, and the dashboards, APIs, and data products that turn information into action at the team and executive level. You’ll also own key external partnerships and drive applied analytics and innovation, from player valuation and benchmarking to predictive risk models, talent identification tools, and AI-assisted decision support, while ensuring insights are embedded into day-to-day decision-making.
We’re looking for a credible, collaborative leader with deep experience guiding data, analytics, or innovation in elite, high-performance environments, someone who can translate complex technical work into clear strategy, build alignment across clubs, and set strong governance around privacy, security, and ethical data use. A passion for elevating women’s sport through technology and innovation is essential.
If you’re motivated by elevating women’s sport through technology and innovation, and have deep experience leading analytics or technology functions in elite, high-performance environments, this is a rare chance to shape the future at scale. Please apply for a confidential discussion.
