As this role in all its forms becomes increasingly prevalent, we have worked with clubs across the globe to conduct search and selection processes.

Recent successful placements include the MLS (NYCFC), English Championship (Blackburn Rovers FC) and Australian A-League (Adelaide FC).

Our leadership development work extends from 1:1 and tailored group coaching to larger seminars and workshops.

As well as delivering across all modules for the FA’s Technical Director’s Course, in 2022 we have lectured on the LMA’s Diploma, run a Performance in Practice session for 50 leaders and practitioners in Tampa, Florida in conjunction with Leaders in Sport and created a bespoke curriculum for FCN’s Women’s team.

Our work with global governing bodies includes World Rugby for whom we have placed senior members of their leadership team in Dublin (Director of Rugby and Director of Women’s Rugby) as well as leading selection processes in emerging nations.

These include the Nederlands Head Coach and both the High Performance Director and Development Director in Georgia.
