Jen Rolls
Operations Director
Jen brings over twenty years’ experience leading operations in founder-led and high-growth businesses, working across creative, manufacturing and technology sectors. Her work centres on organisational design: building the structures and ways of working that let people perform at their best and organisations scale without losing clarity or culture. She is also COO in Residence at SETsquared Bristol, where she supports founders building and scaling their businesses.
As Operations Director, Jen ensures EPP delivers a consistently high standard of service to its clients, from the processes behind every search and assessment to the way the team works together.
Jen holds an MBA with Distinction from the University of the West of England and a CMI Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership. Her research on self-management and organisational design was published in the peer-reviewed Organization Development Journal, and can be found here.
