OUR METHOD

We don’t believe you need offices on the ground in every location to carry out a brief, project or piece of advisory work. We do believe that we need to be able to access the latest intelligence and knowledge in the area though, and that there is no substitution for visiting clients in their offices, training grounds and stadiums ourselves if we are to truly understand their culture. So, we’ve chosen to have two strategically placed offices, in the UK and in Melbourne.

Our partners commit to travelling to the rest of our clients worldwide to build relationships and gain an understanding of their environments, people and how they work. In addition, we rely on a trusted global network of subject matter experts to keep us up to speed and ensure we are aware of up-and-coming talent and local trends.
