As a Director, Dave led the company\u2019s retained commercial and operational searches across major European markets, whilst also starting their sports division. Noticing performance sport lacked the search process and rigour found in other industries, he left to create EPP, and remains the only search and advisory specialist in the UK with a playing career behind him.<\/p>\n<p>Dave regularly speaks at industry events and has been a guest tutor for The FA, Loughborough University and Salford University\u2019s MSc in Sporting Directorship.<\/p>\n<p>Dave completed his Executive MBA from the University of Bath Business School in 2021.
