Leading our <a href=\"https:\/\/eppglobal.com\/services\/search\/\">search and selection work<\/a> in the region, Darren works in conjunction with the <a href=\"https:\/\/eppglobal.com\/about\/\">UK partners<\/a>, whilst bringing his own performance knowledge and lens.<\/p>\n<p>With more than 20 years\u2019 experience as a performance coach, Darren has worked in both Australia and the UK in top-flight sporting organisations including as <a href=\"https:\/\/eppglobal.com\/how-we-think\/director-high-performance\/\">Director of High Performance<\/a> at Arsenal Football Club, Head of Sports Science for Football Federation Australia and Head of Fitness and Conditioning at Liverpool Football Club. In his two years as High Performance Manager with Melbourne FC, Darren helped his team win the AFL Grand Final in September 2021, ending the league\u2019s longest winning drought of over five decades.
