Craig Duncan


Craig is one of EPP’s senior consultants, based in Australia. He runs our advisory and leadership development work across the region, working alongside the head office.

As one of the world’s leading human performance strategists, Craig has spent his career working with over 75 sporting organisations across four continents. He founded his consulting company, Performance Intelligence Agency, in 2009 and can boast decades of experience in both the professional sporting arena and academia.

In 2014, Craig joined the Football Federation Australia (FFA) as Head of Sports Science. During his time at the FFA, he helped the Men’s National Team (Socceroos) win the 2015 Asian Cup and the Women’s National Team (Matildas) reach the quarter-finals of both the 2015 FIFA World Cup and 2016 Rio Olympic Games.

With a number of post graduate qualifications and a Doctorate under his belt, Craig brings his leadership and performance insight to the Australian market on behalf of EPP.
